Just a note of thanks for the contribution Amičko Films have made in the past few months to the exposure of my short film, ‘The Dangers.’

It was a pleasure to meet in Perth where the film screened as part of the Revelation Perth International Film Festival, and to hear the positive feedback on the film. 

I am appreciative of the subsequent opportunity for ‘The Dangers’ to be taken on board with Amičko Films and entered on their behalf into international film festivals. Thank you for taking the chance on an unusual, left-of-centre film.

 It was a pleasure to work with you and I do hope to continue the relationship in the future, both with ‘The Dangers’, and with my next film.

Vincenzo Perrella – Perrella and Osborn

I am an emerging writer/director who has recently completed a government funded short with further projects currently in development.
I would certainly work with Amičko Films in order to distribute and market my work. Amičko provides a service that will enable me to develop a strategic marketing and distribution approach, while freeing me from the encumbrance of taking on this task myself. I feel this will have numerous benefits: Amičko has the contacts, knowledge and resources to do this effectively, certainly beyond what I could achieve myself, and in this way will enable me to continue developing new work while my previous films are being taken care of. With this in mind, I feel that Amičko Films offers an important service that is as yet unavailable to many filmmakers.

Jamie Heller – Golden Moss films

My name is Jamie Helmer, an independent film-maker currently in the process of approaching a variety of festivals a short film project ‘Fugue’.
Amičko films has been instrumental in assisting what can sometimes be a quite confusing and overwhelming endeavor. They have given me invaluable advice as to which festivals my film would be best suited, made me aware of advantageous opportunities including funding prospects and answered many of the questions I’ve had concerning many of the facets of marketing an independent film. I have found all our correspondences extremely friendly, helpful and replies are always prompt. I am currently in contact with Amy regarding the marketing of ‘Fugue’ and plan to continue working with her and Amičko films on this project and hopefully others.

Nikit Doshi – Film Producer

I am a Perth based film Producer, and have been recently talking extensively with Amičko films with regards to several projects that are in need of such services. Once these projects get started in the coming months, I intend to work with Amičko Films in looking for the best way to promote and market them. They provide a service that is not readily available otherwise for Independent and upcoming filmmakers, and I look forward to working with Amičko Films in the near future.

Tasha Stephenson – Twinkling Star Productions

As a recent graduate of the Documentary Film making Course at the FTI, I feel as though my expertise in film marketing and distribution needs further development. Thus it seems working with Amičko Films – who specialise in Independent Film Marketing, would be beneficial to my production company – Twinkling Star Productions. I have been overwhelmed with the number of festivals that are out there and it has been helpful in discussions with Amičko Films about suitable festivals for my documentary.
