Both the General Manager and the North American rep’ of Amičko Films will be attending this year’s DUFF. We are very happy to be attending and supporting this years festival with a special presentation ‘How to: Indie Film Marketing – the first step’ followed by a showcase of Amičko’s shorts films from our current catalog.

The Denver Underground Film Festival began in 1997 at The Bug theater as a showcase for independent filmmakers from Colorado and beyond. Through the following years DUFF continued its yearly tradition of presenting challenging and fascinating films at other great microcinemas and theaters in Denver, including the Theatre Du Quirque, the 1896 Film Gallery and the Revoluciones Art Collective.

Starz Film Centre. Denver,  USA. December 5-7 2009.

Vista Films Festival

Picture 7Amičko Films’ North American Rep will be cruising around Dallas, USA for the much loved Latino film festival Vistas Sept 17 – 20. She will be available for the usual meetings and chit chat while she researches new films, and of course represents all of our  Amičko Film clients.

The Vistas Film Festival brings great cinematic works by or about Latinos to North Texas. Since 1999, Vistas has given movie-lovers a rare, yet wonderful, opportunity to see exceptional motion pictures from places as remote as the Andes Mountains or as familiar as the streets of San Antonio. Sadly, most of the 300-plus films that Vistas has shown have never returned to Dallas/Fort Worth or other theaters in the United States.
